Wild Idea exists to regenerate the prairie while improving our environment and our food supply by bringing back the buffalo. For more than 30 years, our commitment to prairie preservation and restoration has been at the heart of everything we do. We offer 100% grass-fed buffalo that live their entire lives on the open prairie and are humanely field harvested where they roam. Every animal is respected in life and given dignity in death. We believe the future of our food system is rooted in healthy grasslands, healthy animals, and a deeper relationship with the land that sustains us all.
