EdaciousBenchmarksPro
Edacious datasets are built from primary testing, continuously updated, and tracked against the production practices that actually explain variation. The result is food data built to reflect how the food system actually works.

Unlike databases built from secondary or self-reported sources, every Edacious data point comes from food we've tested or reviewed ourselves. Our ISO 17025-accredited lab analyzes each sample directly, delivering validated results you can trust.

Where standard databases often rely on a handful of samples collected years or decades ago, we test multiple samples per food type in every run, and we keep testing. Our data captures the variability that actually exists in the food system, and gets more current with every update.

Most databases report nutrient values with no record of how the food was raised. We aim to tag every sample with the production practices behind it — grass-fed, wild-caught, regenerative, and more — so you can benchmark against conventional baselines or compare apples-to-apples within a practice type.
